Role:
• Market research, definition of potential sales channels, competitors, financial structure of the market, level of investments etc.
• Creating a sales strategy or business plan for beauty products which can be sold into salons, SPA, hotels and the like
• Supervision of existing partners, organizing training, meetings, launching ceremony
• Researching competitors and beauty buying trends (market analysis, from online research to visiting industry events and big beauty shows)
• Negotiating and closing business deals with clients who are interested in cooperation
Qualifications:
• English C1, additional language is a plus
• Previous professional experience in beauty
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and build relationships
• Results oriented
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Creativity & Business Building Skills ' demonstrated ability to identify and develop key business needs of varying customers
• Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High presentation skills
• Interest in professional skin care and cosmetic procedure market
• Ability to travel
