This is the place where we have our first direct contact with guests.

That’s why making good first impressions that last for the whole duration of our guests’ stays is so important. People who have decided to work in the Guest Relations Division care for guests for their whole stay and react to all their needs. Such people should be well-mannered, communicative and outgoing. Besides, they should also create a vibe that makes guests feel the most important.

In this Division, we hire guest relations specialists and senior specialist or porters.

Cosmetic Institute

A significant place for skincare.

Numerous face and body treatments are performed here by means of Dr Irena Eris ProSystem Professional proprietary specialist product line. Besides the trademark skincare treatments, our rich offer also includes hi-tech treatments, classic and oriental massages along with aesthetic medicine or supplementary cosmetic treatments.

In the Cosmetic Institute we hire cosmetologists and physiotherapists, who undergo mandatory internal training even before getting started.

Centrum SPA

To miejsce relaksu, gdzie Goście korzystają z basenów, kompleksu saun, jacuzzi, studia cardio i siłowni oraz zaplecza rekreacyjnego.

Kitchen

A part of The Gastronomy Department filled with flavors and haute cuisine. Every day at our hotels starts with a rich buffet breakfast, abundant in varied food made on-site. The menu is prepared by chefs using mostly natural ingredients, including local and seasonal products. We hire cooks, bakers and kitchen help.

Restaurant

Housekeeping

The employees of Housekeeping make sure our guests have a comfortable stay. Their main task is to professionally prepare rooms for the arrival of guests, maintain cleanliness in rooms, hallways and all public areas. Their role in creating the best guest experience possible is as important as that of employees from the other departments.

The distinctive feature of Dr Irena Eris SPA Hotels is an auxiliary evening service implemented to make the bed for guests.
